Upon enrollment in the Hedges Wine Club you are committing to at least one shipment to avoid a $25 cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel your membership after your ﬁrst shipment you must do so before the next Wine Club shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges. To cancel your club membership after your initial shipment call 1.509.588.3155 or email email@example.com. Members who wish to pick up their wine club orders will receive an email notiﬁcation when their order is available for pick up.
Orders must be picked up within 30 days, or Hedges Family Estate will automatically ship the order and additional shipping/handling fees may apply.
I verify that I am at least 21 years of age. I give Hedges Family Estate permission to charge wine club shipments to my credit card on ﬁle. I understand that wine shipments must be received and signed for by an adult over 21.
SHIPMENTS, WINE PICK-UP & BILLING
You are responsible for being available to sign for your shipment. If a shipment is returned to the winery, one additional attempt will be made to deliver your shipment at no additional cost. Any subsequent shipment attempts will be charged the cost of shipment to your credit card on ﬁle.
All wine shipments will take place in April for the Spring wines and October for the Fall wines. However, due to the unpredictability of weather shipment times may vary. Upon request, we will also hold your shipment for pickup for 30 days. Billing for both the Spring and Fall allocations takes place at the time of each shipment.
WINE PICK UP OPTION: We will hold your shipment for pick-up provided that you contact us within the time speciﬁed in each shipment detail. Should you later change your mind and request shipment, we will charge your credit card on ﬁle.
