Master Sauce Cooking Class

Heather and Ryan Brown our on site chefs taught the five mother sauces including: Béchamel sauce, Veloute sauce, Espagnole sauce, Hollandaise sauce and Tomato sauce. These sauces are incredibly versatile and provide the basic foundation on which you can build dozens of other sauces. Afterward, a dinner featuring our creations, will round out a fun evening of Hedges wine, beautiful sunsets and sauce!
